Returns & Warranty

All ordered products you receive from us come with a withdrawal period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you have actually received our delivery.

1. When you inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you then have another 14 days to return the products to us. You are on time if you send the goods before the end of this period.
   
2. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can notify us by means of a clear statement by e-mail to info@amacx.com. This may be in the form of your own message. You may also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory.
   
3. The shipping costs for returning the products are at your own expense. You may choose a carrier that suits you.
   
4. If you choose a refund, you will receive the full purchase amount within 5 working days after your withdrawal notification via the same payment method you originally used. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them back.
   
5. In case of withdrawal, you will also receive the original shipping costs back, unless you have chosen a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery. Please note: if you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
