Shipping and delivery
We deliver all over Europe.
You will receive your package within 1 or 2 business days if your package is delivered within the Netherlands or Belgium. Outside these countries, it may take longer in Europe, depending on the country in which it is to be delivered.
After placing your order, we start putting together your package almost immediately. It is therefore no longer possible to change your order. Are you in a hurry? Call us directly at +31 (0)717370031, so we can see if there is anything we can do for you.
The most common mistake is making a typo in your email address, which means you did not receive an order confirmation. Are you sure you entered everything correctly? Then check your spam filter in your mailbox. Are you still in doubt? Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Our packages are packed with great care, but unfortunately we cannot 100% prevent that something can not be broken during transport. If this happens, we find it very annoying and want to find the best solution as soon as possible!
The best way is to email us at info@amacx.com with a picture of your package, your order number and a description of what broke down. We will of course come up with a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Amacx has a wide range of vegan products, so most of the products are vegan. Which products exactly are vegan can be found on the product page and it is possible to filter on vegan or vegetarian. In addition, all products that are vegan have this visible on the packaging through our vegan logo.
All allergens are listed on the product pages by the ingredient list, here the allergens will be bold and in caps lock so they stand out. You can also filter on the allergens in the webshop. We distinguish between the following allergens: fructose free, gluten free, lactose free, peanut and nut free, soy free, wheat free and finally you can filter on vegan and vegetarian.
The expiration date represents the date by which food or a product (if stored properly) can be consumed without noticeable or essential changes in taste or quality, or with any risk to health.
Since this is a best-before date and not an expiration date, it is possible that the product may still be fit for consumption after the stated date. However, as a manufacturer, we cannot guarantee the quality of our products if they are consumed past the expiration date. The expiration of the expiration date can affect not only the taste, appearance and microbial spoilage of food, but also its effectiveness.
The Isotonic Sportsdrink is a basic sports drink. In it there are only sugars in the form of glucose. The Energy Drink is optimized in this, a carbohydrate ratio of 2:1 between glucose and fructose. This makes it easier to absorb 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour during exercise if you have trained your body in this. In short, if you demand more from your body, it is best to choose our Energy Drink.
A Hydro Tab is designed to support you in hydration. Such a Hydro Tab therefore only contains vitamins and minerals, which you sweat out. You probably recognize the white circles on your sportswear during the summer, these are the lost vitamins and minerals that you can replenish by means of the Hydro Tabs.
A sports drink, such as our Isotonic Sportdrink, Energy Drink or Turbo Drink, consist mainly of energy, also called carbohydrates. These sports drinks are used during efforts where it is important to replenish your energy level and you do not want to end up with an empty glycogen store.
In summary, you choose a Hydro Tab during short efforts where your body does not need to replenish energy in the form of carbohydrates. Does your body need this? Then opt for one of our sports drinks where the basis is carbohydrates.
How much sports nutrition do I take per hour? Before we can answer this, it is important to know how long you will be exercising. The duration of exercise will help determine how many carbohydrates you can best supplement per hour. To make it easier, you can use the following rules during exercise to carry out your carbohydrate intake correctly:
- < 1 hour of exertion | Nothing or poor small amounts of carbohydrates.
- >1 - 2 hours | 30 - 60 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
- >2 - 3 hours | 60 - 90 grams of carbohydrate per hour, preferably in a 2:1 carbohydrate ratio.
- >2.5 hours | Up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour, in a 2:1 carbohydrate ratio.
.
Assuming our Energy Line, a bar at Amacx contains an average of 30 grams of carbohydrates. If you then look at the table above, you should soon be eating 2-3 bars per hour. To make that easier, you can use a sports drink, best of all our Energy Drink. This sports drink supports your fluid balance & also directly your carbohydrate supply. Finally, this sports drink also contains 30 grams of carbohydrates which makes it easy to keep count. So a fine win-win situation!

This is a question we get regularly. The Turbo Drink can be dosed in different ways, this is very convenient but also difficult to know how many scoops you should/can put in your water bottle and also in what size water bottle (500 or 750 ml).
The Turbo Drink is basically designed to be used in a 500 ml water bottle. Of course, you can also mix it in a larger water bottle, as long as you make sure you empty 1 water bottle per hour. Then it won't get in the way of your nutrition strategy, but you will supplement more fluids for your fluid balance.
Now to the mixing ratio. You can mix it so you have 80 grams of carbs in 1 water bottle, or you can reduce this to 60 or 40 grams of carbs per water bottle. When you choose which dosage depends on the combination of other (sports nutrition) products and how many carbohydrates you want to get in per hour.
- 80 grams of carbohydrates per bidon
Mix 5 scoops (85 grams) with 500 ml of water. - 60 grams of carbohydrates per water bottle
Mix 4 scoops (63 grams) with 500 ml of water, or mix 1 sachet of Turbo Drink on the Go 60 with 500 ml of water. - 40 grams of carbohydrates per water bottle
Mix 3 scoops (42 grams) with 500 ml of water, or mix 1 sachet of Turbo Drink on the Go 40 with 500 ml of water.

If you have trained your gut, it should be possible to absorb 120 grams of carbohydrates per hour with all Turbo Line products. For more explanation, read this article.
