International Account Manager

We proudly collaborate with leading names such as Team Visma | Lease a Bike, Amstel Gold Race, Ironman, Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team, and AZ Alkmaar. 

We are growing fast—doubling our business every year. To accelerate our international expansion even further, we are looking for an International Account Manager who is just as driven as our athletes. 

Distributors & Account Management 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability 
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with a strong focus on results 
  • Monitor performance and proactively adjust where needed 
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to strengthen our market position 

New Business 

  • Co-develop strategies for new markets and partners together with the Sales Manager 
  • Actively identify and seize new opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships 
  • Approach potential partners via LinkedIn, events, and cold outreach 
  • Build a strong pipeline and ensure a steady flow of new deals 
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos (online and offline) 
  • Contribute to campaigns and pitch materials together with marketing 

CRM & Structure 

  • Work daily in HubSpot and keep your pipeline sharp and up to date 
  • Ensure clear structure, overview, and reliable forecasting 
  • Accurately document contact moments and progress

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s level of thinking and working (commercial background preferred) 
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (distribution/retail/wholesale is a must) 
  • Proven track record in acquiring new business 
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals 
  • Proactive, independent, and opportunity-driven mindset 
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills 
  • Affinity with our target group is a big plus 
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) is a plus 
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English
