Customer Support Employee

As a Customer Support Employee, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth customer journey within our B2C market. You make sure customers are helped quickly, professionally, and in a customer-focused way, while ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time.

You are the first point of contact for customers and play a central role within the operational process. In this position, you work closely with colleagues from operations, warehouse, e-commerce, sales, and marketing on a daily basis.

Thanks to your overview, accuracy, and solution-oriented mindset, you contribute directly to an optimal customer experience and the further professionalization of our processes.

In this role, no day is the same. You keep an overview, switch quickly between tasks, and ensure customers receive the service they expect.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Answering and handling customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Handling incoming phone calls
  • Administratively processing customer requests, complaints, and returns
  • Solving blocked or irregular orders
  • Monitoring order statuses and following up on delivery issues
  • Coordinating with logistics partners regarding shipments and orders
  • Supporting inventory management towards logistics partners
  • Collaborating with e-commerce colleagues regarding stock levels and promotions
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement within processes and customer experience

What you offer

  • You have MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
  • You have 1–2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or order management
  • You work accurately and in a structured manner
  • You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • You think in solutions and opportunities
  • You can easily switch between different tasks and responsibilities
  • You have experience with Office 365; experience with Exact and Shopify is a plus
