Help Build Our Sports Nutrition Brand with AI as Your Superpower

Amacx is growing fast, and we are looking for an AI-Driven Email & Marketplace Specialist who is passionate about smart campaigns, data, and conversion—but above all believes that AI and automation are the key to building scalable and efficient processes.

You see every manual task as an opportunity for automation. You continuously experiment
with new AI tools, build intelligent workflows, and translate AI capabilities into tangible commercial results. From automated email flows to high-converting product listings, you know how to leverage AI and data to take performance to the next level.

You will spend approximately 80% of your time building AI solutions and managing email marketing activities. The remaining 20% will be focused on marketplaces, where we work with two agencies that handle operational and activation activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for two important growth channels: email marketing and marketplaces, with AI and automation as the foundation of everything you do.


AI & Automation

  • Continuously identify, test, and implement AI solutions that enable Amacx to work more efficiently and scale effectively.
  • Identify and automate manual processes within marketing and e-commerce.
  • Build smart workflows and integrations between tools (e.g., Customer.io, BigQuery, Channable) using AI.
  • Utilize AI for content creation, segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis.
  • Act as an internal advocate and knowledge source for AI within the marketing team.


Email Marketing

  • Set up, manage, and optimize newsletters and campaigns in Customer.io (our email platform).
  • Build and improve automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, retention, etc.).
  • Segment audiences to maximize relevance and conversion (based on RFM and cohort analysis).
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize open rates, CTR, and revenue.
  • Improve database quality and lifecycle marketing initiatives.


Marketplace Management

  • Support growth on marketplaces such as Amazon and Bol in collaboration with two agencies.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels.
  • Optimize product content, listings, and visibility—leveraging AI wherever possible.
  • Ensure efficient use of Channable as the marketplace integration platform.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor performance and report on results.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, operations, and content teams.
  • Coordinate and manage the two marketplace agencies.
  • Contribute proactively to campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives.

What you offer

  • Experience with email marketing is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree level (HBO) or equivalent working and thinking level.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, or CRM.
  • Experience with marketplaces is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in automating processes and workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data.
  • Structured, independent, and proactive.
  • Commercially minded and results-driven.
