Finance Officer (16-20 hours)

As Finance Officer, you are the go-to person for everything related to invoices and payments. You’ll manage incoming and outgoing invoices, handle payments, support financial reporting, and contribute to optimizing our financial processes.

  • Issue and follow up on sales invoices
  • Process supplier invoices and prepare payments
  • Record customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Maintain the General Ledger and reconcile bank statements
  • Manage financial administration in Exact Online
  • Assist with monthly and year-end financial closings
  • Respond to finance-related inquiries by phone and email
  • Archive documents according to compliance guidelines

What you offer

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar finance role
  • Experience with Exact and Excel (including pivot tables) is essential
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (our financial lead is a native English speaker)
  • Accurate, independent, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a small, dedicated team
