New Business Development Manager

As an International New Business Development Manager at Amacx, you’ll have the opportunity to put our fast-growing sports nutrition brand on the international map. You’ll be the driving force behind expanding our international distribution channels, agencies, and strategic partnerships.

With a sharp eye for commercial opportunities, you know how to identify and activate new markets. You’ll begin with a focus on the Benelux, but your ambitious mindset will quickly shift toward expansion into key markets such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and the United States. You'll effectively leverage your existing network in the food and/or sports sector to accelerate growth.

Your biggest challenge?Successfully entering new markets and building an effective international distribution network that aligns with Amacx’s vision and growth strategy.

  • Develop and execute an international sales strategy
  • Proactively approach new clients and markets through cold acquisition and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, (online) retailers, and other sales partners
  • Generate sales with professional sports teams, clubs, and sporting events
  • Represent Amacx at (inter)national trade fairs and industry events
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to strengthen global brand positioning
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Negotiate and close international partnership deals
  • Report on progress and results to the management team

  • A monthly salary between €5,000 and €6,500 gross, depending on experience

What you offer

  • Proven experience in international sales and business development
  • Demonstrated success in setting up and managing international sales channels
  • A strong network in the food and/or sports industry
  • Experience working in scale-ups or fast-growing organizations
  • Affinity with sports nutrition and endurance sports is a big plus
  • You’re a strong networker, a negotiator, and a strategist
  • Fluent in English (other languages like Dutch, German, French, or Spanish are highly desirable)
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • A self-starter with drive, courage, and a strong commercial mindset
