As a Customer Support Officer, you play a fundamental role in driving our company's success by enhancing our customer service processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with Amacx’s high standards. You will also be involved in activities such as conducting customer feedback analysis, managing support tickets, and aiding in the development of support strategies. In this role, you are an integral part of the support team, contributing to the overall growth and innovation of our customer service efforts.

  • Provide excellent customer support by managing product orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to monitor and track orders, ensuring they are processed and delivered efficiently.
  • Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Investigate and resolve any order-related issues, working with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer support interactions and transactions.
  • Develop and update customer support documentation and procedures.
