Function:
As a Backoffice/Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient office operations, providing administrative support to various teams, and contributing to a productive work environment. Your role will include managing office supplies, assisting with logistics, coordinating internal communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of office-related processes. You'll work closely with the management, HR, and other departments to streamline operations and support the company's growth.

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and maintained.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline office operations and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and support internal communications, ensuring clear and timely information flow between teams.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless logistics and support for product launches, meetings, and other key initiatives.
