As a Backoffice Employee, you will be responsible for processing and managing administrative tasks within the organization. You will contribute to smooth collaboration between departments and support daily operational activities.
  • Processing and managing administrative data and orders.
  • Supporting customer service and handling customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Checking and maintaining invoices and payments.
  • Contributing to the optimization of administrative processes.

What you offer

  • Education Level: MBO/HBO, but applications without a diploma are also welcome.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years; experience in a back-office, administrative, or customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of administrative software and MS Office is an advantage.
  • You work accurately, structured, and have an eye for detail.
