As our E-commerce/Digital Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our online presence and enhancing brand visibility. You will spearhead our digital marketing efforts, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across various online platforms.   • Leading a team of enthusiastic and driven marketeers
  • Work with marketing intelligence and automation tools
  • Manage and improve our online marketing budgets and strategies
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and sales through our e-commerce channels.
  • Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective lead generation.
  • Utilize SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and improve search engine rankings.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.
  • Lead social media strategy and content creation across platforms to foster community engagement and brand advocacy.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and customer service to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the setup of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) from scratch, including defining suitable budgets and scalability for future improvements

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to innovate and drive business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; fluency in Dutch is a plus.
