The Amacx Turbo Chew Bar is an energy chew bar with a high dose of carbohydrates due to the correct ratio of glucose to fructose (1:0.8). In addition, the Turbo Chew Bar is low in fat, protein & fiber, which is very important if you want to ingest high amounts of carbohydrates during exhausting efforts. If you want to get these high carbohydrate intakes in (100-120 grams per hour), for example, this is not feasible with an Energy Oat Bar, as it has much higher nutritional values in terms of fats, protein and fiber.

The Turbo Chew Bar contains 40 grams of carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 ratio between glucose and fructose. This ensures that the chew bar can contribute to properly absorb and utilize very high carbohydrate intakes (100-120 grams per hour). The composition is precisely tuned to the other products in the Turbo Line, allowing you to use the combination of these products as you wish and prefer during your exercise. We do recommend trying out your race nutrition plan regularly on training to find out what works best for you, and to train your stomach and intestines to process it properly.
