An ideal energy bar that is welcome at any (sports) moment, which consists of the well-known 2:1 carbohydrate ratio (glucose:fructose). In addition, 50 mg of sodium is added to ensure that in addition to your glycogen, your salt reserves are immediately replenished during exercise. The bar is easy to eat because of its soft structure.
