Before, during or after exercise. Each soft nougat bar has 30 to 32 g of carbohydrates, depending on the flavour, in a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio, so it counts as one Energy Line product. Combine it with a bidon of Energy Drink and a Drink Gel to reach 60 to 90 g an hour.

All Energy Nougat flavours are gluten and lactose free. All flavours contain almonds and egg white, and honey, so they are not vegan. Papaya also contains pistachios and sulphite. Always check the ingredient list on the label if you have an allergy.

It depends on how many carbohydrates you want to take per hour.

  • Energy Line: about 30 g of carbohydrates per product in a 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio, for up to 90 g an hour. For sessions of 1 to 2.5 hours, 30 to 60 g an hour (1 to 2 products) is usually enough. For longer sessions, 60 to 90 g an hour (2 to 3 products).
  • Turbo Line: 40 g per product in a 1:0.8 ratio, for up to 120 g an hour. Made for long, hard efforts where you want to go above 90 g an hour, and only once your gut is trained for it.

Glucose and fructose are absorbed through different routes in the gut. Combining them lets you take in more carbohydrates per hour than glucose alone.
